Mr. Modai, a former legal consultant in Israel Aircraft Industries (IAI), a 3 billion dollar, 15,000 employee company, has gained vast experience in international transactions. Mr. Modai has accumulated over 1,200 hours of negotiations with governments and companies from 30 countries, including the United States Government, Boeing, Sikorsky, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Lockheed Martin, Pratt and Whitney, British Aerospace and others. Having been personally responsible for all legal aspects of IAI’s 70 million dollar ERP project, Erez Modai, is seasoned in technology transfers and contractual protection of IP in general. Mr. Modai is a graduate of Tel Aviv University’s Executive MBA program. |
